Troubleshooting Common PES 2021 Mobile Errors
Having trouble getting PES 2021 to run? Here are the solutions to the most common installation and startup errors.
Manually installing games via APK and OBB can sometimes lead to frustrating errors. Here is how to fix the most common issues you might encounter with PES 2021.
Error: 'Download Failed Because You May Not Have Purchased This App'
This is the most frequent error. It happens when the OBB file is missing, placed in the wrong folder, or named incorrectly.
- Fix: Ensure the OBB file is exactly in this path:
Internal Storage / Android / obb / jp.konami.pesam /. The folder name must be exactlyjp.konami.pesam.
App Crashing on Startup
If the game opens to a black screen and crashes back to your home screen, it usually indicates a lack of RAM or a corrupted APK installation.
- Fix: Clear your device's RAM, restart your phone, and try again. If it still fails, check our system requirements or try downloading the APK from a different source.
'App Not Installed' Error
This Android system error means there is a conflict. You might not have enough storage space, or a conflicting version of the app is already installed.
- Fix: Delete any old versions of eFootball or PES, ensure you have at least 3GB of free space, and try installing the APK again.
