One of the biggest reasons players try to revive PES 2021 is its capability to be played without a constant internet connection. While official servers are down, offline play remains a huge draw.
Local Matches
PES 2021 allows for exhibition matches against the AI. This is perfect for when you are traveling or in areas with poor network coverage. You can select from the available licensed and unlicensed teams and play full 90-minute (scaled) matches.
Bluetooth Multiplayer
A beloved feature was the ability to play against a friend in the same room using a local Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct connection. This provided a seamless, lag-free competitive experience without needing the Konami servers.
Limitations
